Did you know that you can use the 'Append' option on the blue Select Entities form to add another selection to one already made?

How SchoolPRO's Help Desk Ticketing System works

Please send all your email questions to helpdesk@schoolpro.com.au 

How the new Ticketing System works:

  • If you send a new email to helpdesk@schoolpro.com.au a ticket is created and your request is assigned to one of our staff to resolve.
    (You can keep track of your issue via our web interface - Instructions on how to do this are sent when a new ticket is created)
  • If you reply to a ticket via email, then your reply is added to the existing ticket allowing both SchoolPRO and yourself to be kept abreast of the progress of the issue.
