Please send all your email questions to helpdesk@schoolpro.com.au How the new Ticketing System works: If you send a new email to helpdesk@schoolpro.com.au a ticket is created and your request is assigned to one of our staff to resolve. (You can keep track of your issue via our web interface - Instructions on how to do this are sent when a new ticket is created) If you reply to a ticket via email, then your reply is added to the existing ticket allowing both SchoolPRO and yourself to be kept abreast of the progress of the issue.
